And macronutrient ratios are anything but irrelevant because that's how nature works. The second you come along with protein isolate you fuck up the ratios of natural food and get shit loads of protein without any associated nutrition, unless you take other sups (profitable game!) rather than eating real food.well im on PSMF at 1000 calories so i can get away with 15g of protein while lifting heavy weight? doubt it. like i said relative, no avg gym rat is on 4000 calories without gaining fat closer to 3000 tops. My min recommended protein intake is 120g on a non cut and then to adjust from there and please its easy to get 120g without resulting to shakes and supplements, how do shakes "fuck up natural ratios" for protein any evidence for that? FYI i don't recommend isolate only for lactose intolerant.

The Atkins diet was put together by a doctor too... now he's dead... died obese.
